Thanks to Performance and Residency Director Estevan Azcona at MECA and curator Dorota Biczel, the most in depth exhibition of my son jarocho prints to date opens in Houston. The prints on display are supplemented by my field recordings and interviews with musicians from the Tuxtlas region of Veracruz. I will be at MECA to talk about my work at the end of February.

A Jarocho is considered as person, thing or something else which shows its style. One other meaning of Jarocho is that it is evolved from Spanish language which means disorder. You keep posting this kind of information which is beneficial for us in future life.

I am sort of confused about the term Jorocho. Can you please explain it in your article? I think you should consider using simpler words or explaining the jargons you put in your articles so that all of the readers could understand it. I am interested in reading your blog, but I find it difficult to understand some of your posts because there are a lot of jargons. I hope you can read this comment so that it can help you improve your blog more.
